I’d like to return a product.
Full Refund: The customer must reach out within 14 days following the delivery of the item(s). The item(s) must be in new and unused condition when it is returned to us.
In-Store Credit: Customer reaches out 14 days after delivery of the item(s). The item(s) must be in new and unused condition when it is returned to us.
Restocking Fee: Once a product is opened, it can no longer be resold as new. In this event an up to 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return amount based on the inspection of the product when we receive it. That returned amount, minus restocking, will be in the form of a card refund or in-store credit as explained above.
No Refund or In-store Credit: After 60 days.
*In all cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How does shipping work for returns/exchanges?
Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping. If the reason for the return was because of our error (received an incorrect/defective item) we will cover the shipping.
Product Not Delivered:
In the event that your order has not arrived but tracking shows that it has been delivered, please be patient as we have seen that the item usually shows up within 24-48 hours. If you’d like further details, please reach out to your local post office or UPS hub as they will be more capable of locating your package.
Additional Shipping Protection:
If you wish to have further protection, at checkout you do have the option to add Shipping Protection. Shipping Protection is charged as a percentage of your overall cart value. Adding this to your order ensures that if the package is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit that items are insured for the full value of the items. Insurance coverage available up to $5000.
